The main description:
The WSR intermediate is a polyamide aqueous solution. It consists of dibasic acid and polyamine in a high-temperature dehydration and condensation under the action of a catalyst.  It  can  react  with  epichlorohydrin  to  produce  polyamide-epichlorohydrin polymer aqueous (PAE) solution. Used as a wet strength agent in the paper industry.     By controlling the reaction process conditions, this product has a higher degree of polymerization, ensuring that the next step of the synthesis of the wet strength agent not only has a higher humidification strength effect, but also a better storage stability.
The main Application:
The product has been widely used in paper-making industry.
Dropping the epichlorohydrin to this product and slowly heat up, react to the required viscosity at 50ºC -70ºC , adjust the PH value, and cool down to get the Wet strength agent. Details according to the the production process ofWet strength agent.
Packing & storage:
Packing: 1000kg IBC drum.
Storage:  Store  in  a  cool,  dry  place,  protecting  from  moisture.  When  loading  and unloading,take care to prevent packaging and containers being damaged, avoiding leakage.
