Product Introduction:
This product is a kind of anionic high dispersion type rosin emulsion, made of first grade rosin and high-efficiency emulsifier by the most advanced production technology. It has the character of good stability, no sediment within shelf time, no caking phenomenon, good stable sizing effect in hot summer. This product can replace the traditional fortified rosin, significant improve the paper properties, greatly reduce production cost.

Application:

1. This product should avoid mixed using with other traditional fortified rosin. When switching, remember to clean all pulp in pulp chest.
2. If using forward sizing or reverse sizing, this product must be diluted with cold water to 2% solution first, and then add it into the pulp, that will ensure mix well; if using continuous sizing ahead of net, then no need to dilute.
3. In application, the key is PH value, the optimal range is 4.5-5.5
4. Filler will negatively affect the sizing effect, especially calcium salt, so usually after adding anionic rosin dispersion and alum about twenty minutes later, then add the filler.
